"Terrible experience. To start with room was not great, when I booked I requested for one king room and one room with 2 queen beds. This was not accepted and when requested staff was rude and asked me to call expedia. I called expedia and have to wait with family sitting in lobby and gave up. Adjusted with the room and had daily issues. Locks don’t work and had to complain and stand in front of the door for an hour to get it fixed. Issue with toilet and had to raise service request. "Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."
