"The Royal Kelowna was nice, but not great. It has a strong location and the rooms were tidy, but overall the hotel felt like a property that used to be excellent and has slowly stopped trying as hard. The lobby is not very grand, and there were small things throughout the property, like parts of the elevators, that seemed worn down or in need of attention.
