"Everything’s fabulous the staff was amazing just perfect except the music in the restaurant bar and lobby …you need something that’s not like we’re at a concert. That’s the only objection we had."

"The room was the bare minimum of what you would expect. 2 beds and a small bathroom, that was it. No wardrobe and only space to hang up a couple of shirts. Although we were lent the use of an iron for free, other extras cost extra. I didn't like how the bathroom was frosted glass so you were visible from outside when using the toilet. I used the communal toilet downstairs instead. Location wasn't great but tram stop nearby and the air con worked well. Blood stain on bedding. I wouldn't recommend the room as it was quite expensive for what it was. I would have expected at least tea/coffee making facilities in the room for the price we paid."

"1. We were invited to store our luggage and belongings in their “secure room“. When we went to retrieve our luggage, my bag that had my Yeti. custom water had been moved. 2. People after us were getting checked into their rooms and finally my husband asked what was going on and they said they were getting our specific room already which was not a specific room. It was a standard room so we got into the room extremely late. 3. I stepped into the shower and almost fell on the floor. It was so incredibly slippery. There was no sticky anything on the shower floor And no mat available either. 4. The shower gel container was broken and we could not get any shower gel out. 5. When I went into my bag to get out my custom water bottle that was a gift it was missing. 6. I immediately went to the front desk and they said it wasn’t there. I also asked for a shower mat and for a new shower soap container. They said my water bottle was not there and they did not write down my name nor my number nor description of the water bottle they basically ignored my requests. I also said that we did not want the staff coming into our room and then I would come to the front desk and get all the items requested. The following day we had the do not disturb, I am in, sign on the door and not once but twice did employees from the hotel knock to bring items that I requested the previous day. My husband wasn’t feeling well and they woke him up two times by knocking. "
