"From the moment we arrived til the time we left all staff we met made a big positive impact with our stay. Check in, bar, dining and service staff were great. As we are on an extended trip of 3 months staff changed our room to thd lower floor so we didn't have to lug our suitcases upstairs. We had a lunch and a dinner and both were wonderful and well priced."

"Just a warning, the snug is behind the bar owned by the same family. There’s a small driveway at the end of the bar a hairstyle place and some other little shops. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the bathroom is very nice and all brand new. In the morning we did have some toast and tea and it was nice to have the availability of fruits and vegetables and yogurt and so on for the free breakfast the host was very nice."

"Excellent hotel, much bigger than i thought. Checking in was straightforward, and the front desk were very helpful in showing us to our room, and later assisting with the operation of the heating control. Although we did not have a pet with us, the fact that water bowls for digs whete in the room was a wonderful tpuch. All in all, would highly recommend the hotel, location was perfect for us. "

"Throughly enjoyed our stay at Castleknock. Such a warm welcome received, a stunning room - super size for our family of 4 and a lovely birthday card, balloon and chocolates for our son whose 9th birthday it was the day we checked in. So thoughtful and hugely appreciated. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, the great selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks to all who made it so special. We will be back! "
