We were in Prosser for one night. The Holiday Inn Express was convenient to the highway and everything we were doing in Prosser. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The beds were fine and we slept well. Decent coffee was available and plenty of breakfast options. A very nice stay with good value for the money.

We had a great stay during the recent Prosser Balloon Rally. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the rooms as well. Decent breakfast and a friendly staff. Only odd thing is the entrance to drive into the parking lot is through another parking lot. I was confused at first but got used to it. I’d definitely stay here again!

The staff was exceptional! They were kind and very helpful. However housekeeping was not the best. We stayed a Friday and Saturday night, our room was not cleaned on Saturday. We left the”I am busy” tag on the door until between 10-11, we removed the tag when we left the room. The toilet had a significant ring around the bowl as well as dirt and hair in the corners. This is a beautiful hotel however the housekeeping needs to be better. I would stay there again.
