"The worst property I’ve ever stayed at, can’t believe it’s on Expedia. There is no reception, ur key is an app online which I had to wait an hour outside the place to get when checking in as no one was responding and this key also disabled during my stay meaning I couldn’t get back in and had to wait a further 3 hours for a response to make it work. No blackout curtains meaning ur room is fully bright by 5/6 am, I was right next to the main door which slammed all night too including people knocking as their online key wouldn’t work. There was also a line of drugs in bathroom which hadn’t been cleaned and blood stains on my pillow we just had to deal with as the person I was emailing didn’t seem to care about. Location is in a dodgy area as well although quite close to city, it is defo not worth saving money compared to properties around imo."

"Beautiful building, but some issues. Bathrooms are shared, not in the rooms. There are rooms with toilets, but most rooms do not have a toilet, and the showers are all in the hallway bathrooms. This is not clearly explained in the listing. Last month was my first and only stay so far. The door locks have number codes, but the locks are falling off the doors so it’s a problem getting it unlocked. I told them to fix those locks, because the screws were loose. The rooms are clean and beautiful. There is a shared kitchen, to cook in, and a big beautiful deck. The location is wonderful. No person is at the property, so check in advance to put down your deposit so you will get the codes to get in the front door, and to get into your room. When I did start texting with someone, I was able to get answers and I also got my room changed. One of the rooms said “river view”, but it was just a slight little edge of the river through a window behind the bed which was covered! The listing was corrected and they gave me a real river view room. Also, I said I did not know from the listing that the bathrooms were in the hallway and the new room they gave me did have a toilet and sink. Frankly, having multiple bathroom options could be a good thing, because if you are staying with another person, you can use any bathroom outside the room. Great place, but know when you go. The listing needs to be updated to be truthful, because it’s a beautiful place, big rooms, and great location."
