"The Hyatt Place is so extraordinarily convenient to the PVD airport. After a day of flying I was happy to walk to the hotel via a skyway link. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were many and varied. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We checked into our room. I noticed at the sink there was only one hand towel and no wash cloths. I proceeded to wash my face and the sink filled with water and did not drain. "The rooms are very small it is retrofitted from an old mill or factory feels a bit claustrophobic , the heater air conditioning is a split unit that can only be controlled by a wall thermostat and it does not provide accurate real room temperature readings , other than that the restaurant seems to be nice and having a little gym with a treadmill weigh training is a plus "
