Road up to hotel in bad maintenance. Couple broken down looking cars. The desk clerk was nice. The property is run down. My bed smelled like bad perfume (just 2 pillow). When I told friends I stayed there they weee shocked and said there are drugs and prostitution known to be there. Never again!

I found a roach in the bathroom, bedding did not feel or look clean, and the breakfast was very minimal.

Hotel inside is very dated and needs much tlc. Room has the basics, like hot water, fridge, microwave, and comfortable bed, ok, but in overall the appearance is unappealing. Carpet looks like it is dirty from a party from 90 days ago. It is the 1st bad review I have for this chain of hotels.

Negatives - Room had a gap to the outdoors that was partially covered by a piece of lumber, but light, breeze, and rain still got in. The morning of checkout there were two large puddles along that wall. Front desk staff seemed appreciative that we told them, but they weren’t as appalled as I expected them to be. Bathroom was gross, with a plunger loosely wrapped in a plastic grocery bag on the floor, general unkempt appearance, and stale-smoke smell. Very loud door slamming from 6 am as other guests left through the side exit. A couple lights in our unit didn’t work. Smoke detector looks to be many decades old. Breakfast ok but very lackluster, and the cabinets below the food counters were filthy with food smears. Parking seemed sketchy, though we had no problems. Overall way overpriced, and I’m surprised that they don’t have trouble with inspections. Positives - Mattresses were surprisingly comfortable. No bed bugs in our unit. Free parking. Front desk staff were kind.

Online this hotel looks clean and nice, but in reality, it is the complete opposite. There was mold in the shower and the sink had completely detached from the cabinet. The floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned in majority of the hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the lady at the front desk named KK. She offered us another room after we expressed our dislikes. But even the second room had mold in the bathroom. The floors had supposedly been mopped, but they were very sticky! The whole hotel is disgusting and smells like a nursing home.

The room kind of smelled it was not thoroughly cleaned. I found hairs in the bathroom and on the lamp. Staff was super nice and accommodating, but for the price I guess it was OK.

Some things didn’t work. The room could have been cleaner and there weren’t many options for breakfast. The blow dryer was broken and the toilet paper holder was broken and the shower didn’t work well at all.

Bathroom was dirty and toilet was running all night. It was leaking in the tank so it kept loudly refilling all night. The door from outside the building didn’t lock so that could be a security issue. Beds were made nicely and seemed clean as did the towels. Staff was nice.

The room can be more cleaner and we smell the cleaning solution our whole stay. The sink is cracked and paint were chipped. We found pieces of paper on the floor. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We checked out almost as soon as we checked in. This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The hostess tried putting us in 4 different room. There was cat urine, mold, dirt, unchanged beds, fluids leaking from a refrigerator, stains. I will say KK did her best to try to help accommodate and ended up refunding our money and helped search out a room at another hotel. If you need to stay in West Greenwich, stay at the Best Western. Very clean and accommodating considering our situation. After seeing the area, there are also many nice hotels in Coventry which is just 8 minutes away fro this Super 8.

Did early online check-in and this property can't use this function so still had to do all the process,no toilet paper in room and had to go back to front desk to get some. Sink in bathroom is cracked in multiple spots,patchwork done on walls isn't painted. Overalll room appearance is old,worn and poorly cared for
