"Getting to the room was very difficult. I was staying for an early morning flight. I had to park in a distant parking lot and carry my luggage to the hotel (a good 150yards). Wake up call was incorrect on time. The only good thing was that the hotel is in the actual airport terminal."

"Room was very clean. Breakfast was great! The only thing I didn't like was the room not being cleaned daily. Not so much every surface, but just a quick towel change and empty the smaller trash cans in room which typically aren't a problem if emptied every day. Maybe say you will get an express clean every other day. I will write the campaign for you! "we ended up getting a refund. The pool was locked. I had booked a couple of days so we can enjoy a nice vacation in the sun online. It showed only the pool and how beautiful it was and when we got there, they had a padlock on it and would not even give us a chair to sit out in the sun with, but they did refund money on the room so we could find another room in the area to enjoy our weekend"
