"When it was time to check in for the reservation, the host was very difficult to reach and communication was frustrating. She eventually sent me a link to pay the remaining balance, which I paid. The final amount was slightly higher, which I understood and had no issue with.
After making the payment, she then demanded that I send her a receipt, which I found confusing and unnecessary since the payment had already been made through the link she provided.
