We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath oceanfront suite. It was super clean, spacious and well kept! The furnishings were gorgeous! The beach wasn’t crowded and very clean. The cabana bar had great food and drinks. The grounds of the property were gorgeous and well maintained. Just don’t expect any early check ins. Which was ok with us after seeing the pride they take in cleaning the rooms. Very clean property someone is always sweeping or mopping!! This has been our favorite resort we’ve ever been too!

I went on spring break with my 14-year-old daughter and husband and we loved it. We had a beautiful room with a beautiful balcony on the 18th floor wirh the best ocean and pool view . The rooms are big and spacious. The balcony is huge. The pool area is excellent my daughter loved the pools and the Jacuzzis and the beach was fantastic. We had a very easy and relaxing vacation. We love Nobu, which is right on the property And the farm restaurant overlooking the ocean. I would come back here again and again.

WARNING…Please be careful when booking. It’s a bait and switch. SCAM. Expedia offers WEST resort but you may get EAST. Resort is not as nice as WEST and it’s not near town. It’s $30 every time you take a taxi to town. You can only go to beach. WEST is walking distance to town. More upscale services.

The pool areas and beach were wonderful. The interior areas could use some updating. Our bathroom was updated and mini kitchen was fine but mattress needs to be replaced along with some of the furniture. The staff was great for the most part except for housekeeping coming into our room when we had privacy sign on door. They insisted that no sign was present which was BS. We then requested that no one go into our room for the rest of the visit. We received several calls along with face to face inquiry on our satisfaction with stay which we appreciated. The cabana bar food was great, and we especially liked JJ and Stevie. The sister resort is farther away than expected so we didn’t bother going there even with the shuttle. While we enjoyed the week at the resort, we will try another resort on our return visit.

We loved the low key feel to the resort and it was just the right size. The view and beach was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept. The screened in porch and roomy 2 bedroom units were great. The 3 different excursions we booked picked us up right at the hotel either by car or boat. The beachside restaurant was a delight with live music several nights. A trip to the grocery store and use of the grill by the pool provided different dining options. The shuttle or short walk to the sister property that was closer to shops & more restaurants was very convenient. We loved our stay and miss it every day! We would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at this resort for four nights in early May. Here are some of the pros and cons of our experience: **Pros:** - The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable patio area. - We appreciated having a washer and dryer in our unit, which was very convenient. - The property itself was well-maintained and visually appealing. **Cons:** - We had an unpleasant experience at the on-site restaurant by the beach. When we asked for two waters with our dinner, the taste was terrible. Upon questioning the waitress, we were informed that the water was "purified," but even the locals avoid drinking it. This raised concerns about why it was being served to guests. Both of us experienced stomach discomfort afterward, which we believe was due to the water. While we were advised to purchase gallon jugs of water from the on-site store (which were reasonably priced at $2.50 each), it is disappointing that a four-star resort charging over $400 per night does not provide safe drinking water to its guests free of charge. - Another major issue was the behavior of some male staff members. They made my teenage daughter uncomfortable by looking her up and down in a very disrespectful manner, even while we were standing right next to her. This behavior made us feel unsafe, especially when she needed to walk to the bathroom alone. One male housekeeper, in particular, was leering at her in a very unsettling way. This level of disrespect was unacceptable and deeply concerning. Overall,
