Location was spectacular! Stayed in The Condo. 5-stars! I would stay here again. Pros: Pool and grill. Steps to beach, restaurants, shopping, cafes, and ice cream shops. Lots of parking and large balcony. Housekeeper Alexandra was great (informative, friendly, helpful). 100s of cableTV channels, lots of books and board games. A/C and ceiling fans in every room. Well stocked dishes, pots, pans. Modern bathrooms and comfy beds. Cons: Lacked basics like salt & pepper, sugar, spices and coffee filters. Oven, one burner, and fridge water/ice did not work. I wish it had a smart lock instead of having to fetch a key at The Lodgings. Laundry coin machine did not work so I drove around to 8 different places looking for quarters. Overall minor issues and hopefully they get the oven installed by the time you read this, which still had an owners manual and styrofoam inside of it and was not connected to a gas hookup.

Property was less than 2 mins to the beach where we spent multiple hrs every day and 10 mins to several area restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrella were avg, with strong beach winds, really needed a heavy duty umbrella. Small, clean studio room with well equiped kitchen. we did not cook but made coffee, tea and toast in the a.m. water pressure was limited in the shower. Would stay again in the future.

The beach (2 minute walk away) was absolutely gorgeous! The pool area was pleasant, but many of the umbrellas were broken and the lounge chairs were dirty. The room was great! Very comfortable and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was horrible! Almost impossible to get clean in the little trickle. Good location for restaurants and stores. Overall, great deal.

We were locked (electronic) out so many times on our trip and when we would call (no one at the place) they said, we can’t see you trying to get in. Clearly something wrong, the 2nd to last day they finally gave us a key. No cover on the bathroom window, no body wash in the dispenser. But the location was good and it was fairly quiet.

The room was clean, but needed more towels and the shower had no pressure. Check-in was less than perfect. Had to make a stop by a hotel to check in then travel to our condo. Overall, we go to our location and the beach was beautiful and we soon forgot about all the hassle.

I was bitten by so many mosquitoes, my legs are so itchy and have a lot of red dots from mosquito bites. The bathroom did not flush properly we have to plush it 4 times so it will work. other than that turks and caicos is a great plce.

Hard to rate this property as our accommodation in the complex was brand new. So our studio was very clean and had all required amenities. This alone deserves a 5 star. The complex is a 3-4 min walk from beach, so great accessibility. Being so close to the beach, the price was very reasonable. Our issue was with the exterior of the premises. The pool water was very cloudy and unclean when we arrived. We were unable to use the pool until day 6 of our 10 nite stay after the pool maintenance guy showed up on the 5th day and did maintenance on the pool after which we were told it would be useable the next day. The area around the pool is not maintained. The area needs sweeping. The pool furniture needs cleaning. There is a bin with pool toys but they are all very dirty. it would be better if the bin n toys were removed. The property advertises a communal clothesline and clothespins in each unit. This is untrue. When we erected a small line to dry our swimwear, we were sent a message to remove it. The exterior gets a 3 star at most. It should also be noted there is construction all around the property which is now in preliminary stages so noise was not a problem. As the construction progresses, noise may become an issue.

I had an amazing experience at the South Fleetwood Villas. I was in Suite 2 which is a studio with a comfortable king bed, a full kitchen, including a microwave, coffee maker, electric tea pot, stove and full size refrigerator. The Suite was immaculately clean. All the kitchen supplies you would ever need. The room also included beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler with wheels, that you could take to the beach or throw in your car to take to another beach. Also, they have beach chairs already on Grace Bay for you to use. The beach is 50 ft from this villa. Just behind The Mansion condos. it’s the perfect spot. 1/4 mile to town where all the shops and bars are. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It’s a great value for where it is and what is in included in the accommodations. I also enjoyed my private patio and the peaceful pool area. The pool was very clean! I felt very safe here as the villas are gated. Great bang for your buck here! I highly recommend the South Fleetwood Villas.
