"When looking up the property online it says sleeps up to 4 and we asked for a suite. We paid the rate and when we got there they said since there were two extra people even though we got the suite for 4 they claimed we didn’t reserve for 4 but Expedia showed 4 to sleep they charged us an extra 250 euros on top of the 1,000.. be aware. No taxis are near hotel it’s a long walk"

Het huis is via een afsluitbaar hek bereikbaar met een veilige trap met rond de 100 treden naar beneden van de parkeerplek maar dan heb je ook het meest fantastische uitzicht aan de Amalfikust. "Located away from Amalfi so that you can experience the 'real' Italian culture. Hosts were amazing - were given fresh figs and lemon profiteroles left over from a local wedding in the church next to the property. Great views of Amalfi and excellent outdoor spaces for relaxing in the evening. You do need to be physically fit as there are lots and lots of stairs - 300 down to the local village. You can arrange for the local donkeys to carry your luggage to the villa which is needed! "

"The house is pricy and has a lot a lot of stairs- prepare to pay for porters to help with your luggages. From the house to the center take about 10-15 min walk with all stairs I guess you’re in Positano stairs is common. The host Lorenzo a bit slow to respond but he’s helpful with all the guidance and tips . The kitchen floor has a beautiful view of Positano. The pool is awesome. The high light of this house is the staff . Both of the ladies who came to cook breakfasts and clean for us every day...
