"Amazing location! Around the corner from the Royal Palace etc. Comfortable room with good large shower. Lovely breakfast. Check-in was confusing, partly my fault since we missed our ferry and were late. Also it was not a non smoking hotel and the room and lobby smelled of cigarette smoke."

"Close to the port, metro line and the port. So if you need to travel anywhere away from Naples for day trips it was super convenient. Daily free breakfast was nice. The front desk manager is super helpful. Finding the door to the property was a little challenging but it was something we laughed about later for our own stupidity."

"The hotel is approximately 20 min drive from the airport. Nothing beats the location, it’s a 5 min walk to the bay front. There are tons of options to eat. Staff has been super helpful, a big thanks to Salvatore for being kind and taking time to explain things. Fresh breakfast is served everyday with different home made delicacies. Guests can help themselves anytime with coffee, tea from the pantry. We stayed 3 nights and will be staying one more night before our return flight. Highly...

"The accommodation was tidy, setup like a hotel room within an apartment on the 5th floor with 4/5 such rooms (I think). The location is a stone throw away from the Railway station. The breakfast voucher is handy, the venue is a block away (30-40m), it was adequate but we were only able to go on the first day. We preferred going to the pastry shop under the apartment, their quality was a lot better."

"Property did not have a front desk. It’s in a very old building with an old elevator. It’s in a noisy location and door closes at night so u need to use keys to get in. Room was small and did not feel clean."

"Muy decepcionada. Una habitación muy distinta a lo esperado según la foto y lo pagado. El check in, esperé como 30 min a que me atiendan, para que lo hagan de manera despota. Al final una señora me ayudó con un poco más de gentileza. El baño olía a cañería. La ducha se tapaba cada que se la usaba. Debajo de la cama había una botella de jugo (cuantos días paso ahí? No se). Al pedir un cambio de habitación la única solución era pagar 130 euros adicionales + tax, y no me dieron otra solución ni...
