"After a very disappointing experience at another hotel in Bologna, Hotel Bologna Airport was a huge relief for our family. We booked this hotel at the last minute after our previous hotel was unable to provide a room with working air conditioning, and we needed a comfortable place to rest before our early morning flight to London.
The front desk staff were efficient and helpful, quickly arranging two rooms for our family of four and scheduling the paid airport shuttle for the next morning. The check-in process was smooth despite our late arrival.
Although we were only able to stay for about six hours before leaving for the airport, we immediately appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms, cold and fully functioning air conditioning, and very comfortable beds. The hotel also offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a thoughtful touch before our early departure.
Unfortunately, our stay was too short to enjoy the hotel's other amenities. The overall comfort, cleanliness, and atmosphere reminded us of staying at a Marriott or Hilton in the United States."
