"Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Gepäck durften wir nach dem Auschecken noch bei der Rezeption belassen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Kaffee wurde frisch zubereitet. Einzig unser Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel, da im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Innenhof gelegen. Für eine Nacht aber kein Problem."

"The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note. The only down side was the cleaner came into the room when we left despite there being a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone also took our do not disturb sign from our door. "Wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality… and see you again next...
