"Pros - Very clean with decent water pressure and water temperature - Convenient parking - Friendly staff - A sense of being in a proper house / great atmosphere - Very reasonable price - Air conditioning worked - Generous supply of shampoo and shower caps - Fridge worked - Lighting worked - Decent bed quality - Free bottles of water Suggestions - It would be better to inform the guest in advance that communication can be done easily by WhatsApp. Hotel.com messaging did not work...

"Alessia's place was absoutely fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, with gorgeous furniture and a huge, beautiful bathroom. It also had A/C which was a bonus on the hot days. The location was perfect in the old town - steps away from a piazza full of restaurants, and only a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful - they gave us loads of information and tips, which improved our holiday immensely. If I ever go back to Como (which is likely!) than...
