"It is important to understand that this is not a "hotel". There are two ground floor rooms (metal bars on the windows) with an intermediate kitchen area, access by code on the doors. There is a daily clean, bed being made, but no other "hotel" facilities. The front entrance on the road has a very discouraging appearance."

"It’s not really a hotel. The building is old and a lot of things could use a brush up. There was a weird incense smell when we came - maybe to cover something else - and it was warm and humid in the room. The AC didn’t work very well and had streaks of water running down from it which didn’t help the vibe and we spent a bad, hot night with very little sleep there. Túvimos un problema mecánico con el coche y fue tan amable de buscarnos un taller que nos lo arreglase en un día e incluso nos dejó guardadas las maletas hasta que nos dieron el coche. "Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The only slightly negative thing to point out is the rooms are dated/old and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations, when they use the bathroom, etc. But everything in the room worked fine and that is all I cared about. The staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful (a great start to my day). The best part is the location. It is only a couple of blocks from Centrale station, and I knew I would be coming into Milan that way as well as taking a tour out of there – so it was very convenient. Plus, there was a Metro stop (which I used a lot) right on the corner. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance including a Michelin-rated dim sum place that ended up being one of my favorite meals. I highly recommend this hotel."
