"We only stayed overnight to catch a flight but would stay again. It’s only 5ish min from the central train station so very easy to get to. It’s 2 blocks from the Duomo with lots of shopping and restaurants around. The staff were very communicative and helpful. The room was comfortable. I would recommend this as a good place to stay. "

"The room is really nice however it was not clean. there are spiderwebs and spiders, strong smell go mold, hairs in the shower and on the bed. I haven't meet any of the staff so I can't comment on that, the amenities was great, the shared area with the little kitchen was great"

"Initially, they were helpful when we were stuck at the front door. However, we found the shared bathroom toilet didn’t flush. We informed the staff in the morning and were disappointed that this was not addressed during the day and there was no follow up from them. We do expect a working toilet so weren’t really happy with the condition we ended up with. They said someone checked but that was not the case as the toilet was in the same state as the morning, plus being a shared facility you can...

"Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage, alles Wichtige war gut erreichbar und insgesamt war das Apartment in Ordnung. Leider war es während unseres Aufenthalts etwas kalt, und es war schwierig, die Temperatur richtig zu erwärmen. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar hilfsbereit und wollten unterstützen, allerdings meist zu Zeiten, in denen wir unterwegs waren, sodass sich das Problem nicht ganz lösen ließ. Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit: Der Boden war etwas schmutzig und es fanden sich...
