"Initially whoever I spoke with for virtual check in was responsive. However when asked about extra towels etc. I received no response. The room was very dusty as if it had not be vacuumed and I could clearly see dust bunnies behind the bed frame. Additionally, there was a very strong sewer smell in the room which we had to keep the window open at all times. The bathroom light couldn’t be turned off. No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. "This location was perfect! About 5 min to walk to the main square. They did have parking at a nearby garage across the street for a daily fee. The staff there wasn’t too pleasant, but we managed. You do have to have multiple different keys to get in the doors to the hotel, so they made us feel very safe. The staff were very friendly as well!"
