"The hotel has a beautiful view and is located in a lovely, peaceful area of Palermo, about 15–20 minutes from the town centre. It features a nice outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is quite basic. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you prefer a quiet stay away from the busy city centre and want to enjoy stunning views."

"We enjoyed our stay at Grand Palladium hotel and spa resort. From the check in to the duration of our stay of 5 days to check out. We can’t fault it at all, the all exclusive package was absolutely amazing, food, drinks and ala carts menu. Facilities are fantastic and service was wonderful, special thank to Giovnni A at Change restaurant and Hanain from El Doeado restaurant for making our night and wonderful service. We will come again and definitely recommend. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic views and rooms were spacious and comfortable bed. Thank you for looking after us"

"Breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was large and comfortable, and, even though it faced the street, it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself was beautiful - classic Italian. The location was nice because it was just a 5 minute walk to the Teatro Massimo and a lot of the tourist attractions, but it wasn't in the middle of everything. A few minor observations; although the shower itself was fantastic, it was a bit leaky (aren't they all!), the tap in the bathroom sink was a bit wonky until I figured it out, and the mini-fridge didn't quite fit the (much appreciated) daily free bottle of water. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! Oh, and the air-conditioning was excellent - perfect for the scorching heat of Palermo in July!"
