"Outstanding breakfast with many cakes in addition to scrambled and hard boiled eggs, terrific muesli cereal, and other things. It really was wonderful. Excellent location about 25 minutes easy walk to the duomo and leaning tower or 20 to 25 minutes walk East to a really attractive part of town--the cavalieri Square and stretto borgo. It was an easy 25 minute walk to reach the hotel from the airport. "
"The perfect base for a family stay in Pisa. About a five-minute walk from the Leaning Tower and even less from the main shopping street - yet tucked away in a quiet side street which makes for a peaceful stay.
Plenty of excellent restaurants in the streets and piazzas all around.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the room so comfortable.
The roof terrace with its wonderful view of the Tower was a lovely bonus.
Highly recommended."
"Everything about the hotel was tip top apart from one thing.
Before arrival, we weren't warned about renovation work being carried out, not even by email. We were informed of this on arrival.
We stayed two night's, and after the first night, the works started happening at SEVEN AM. We chose to give the hotel staff the benefit of doubt. After the second night (when we were due to check out) I complained to a member of staff at the concierge who insisted on gas lighting me and states the contrary until her colleague arrived to confirm that I was right. I wish I took her name to complain to NH hotel for the ridicule.
Her colleague and her struggled to find a way to remedy our dissatisfaction, I suggested cancelling the tourist tax, i.e. they pay for it which they wouldn't. We were offered free parking but we didn't drive for this particular holiday. All we got was complimentary mini bar usage, so we raided it on check out. It was a slight compensation for the initial discomfort in a broken sleep.
Would I stay again: yes, the buffet was fantastic and location for the hotel were phenomenal. My wife and I were not impressed by the initial way we were dealt with by the rude lady in reception (who I can't report to NH).
7/10"
"The property is very close to the attractions of Pisa. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located on a main tourist street and can be noisy but ear plugs were provided within amenities. "
"Check in was easy and they were very friendly and helpful, reception are there 24/7.
Rooms are basic tidy amd clean.
There are spare pillows of you need them.
We didn't have breakfast.
Its a great location 20 mins walk from the airport, 2min walk to the station and then a noice walk through the shopping area over the bridge and through to the tower.
The location of this hotel is great."
