Mi dispiace molto, ma ho dovuto affrontare non poche difficoltà per poter prendere alloggio presso l’hotel Relais Tiburtina, che si è rivelato essere una guest house e che dopo le 20:00 non accettava più ospiti. Inoltre, quando finalmente sono riuscito a entrare e poi a uscire da lì – cosa non facile alle sei del mattino – ho ricevuto un SMS dal proprietario in cui mi comunicava che non avevo pagato una tassa pari al 12%. "The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Checking in was challenging. The bathroom was substandard. There is no staff to speak of and no fresh linens. There is a musty smell in the building. The room itself seemed fairly clean, but there were signs of mold around the windows. Street noise was an issue at the ground floor. Still, it was a good value for the money. Great neighborhood!"

"If I could give Filippo 6 stars here I would. We travel all the time in Italy, since I work a quarter of the year there. He was amazing. Way beyond typical niceties. Set us up in the most amazing restaurant in town, gave sound advice on where to go for the best wine selection, etc. we’ll be going back. Place is great too. Filippo is the best."
