"Staff is nice and very helpful. English not a problem. Very good location for restaurants and waking. If we ever visit Venice again we will stay here."

"Clean room and hotel. A/C worked well first night but adjusts when leave room and gets hot and never caught up for rest of stay. Floor of shower slippery and potential hazard. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was helpful but prefer to pay water taxi through hotel. I asked staff and they said pay taxi directly $150 euro via card. Guy doing taxi could not get card reader to work and demanded $160 euro. What a fiasco as we had no cash left as leaving country."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Centric Murano. Staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the on-site restaurant was excellent and it was in such a nice quiet location, be sure to take advantage of the airport shuttle boat. Convenient, on time and fun."

"Convenient location with regards to sites and shopping. We were in a Jr apartment near Rialto Bridge. For B&B not my top choice. Biggest surprise was it was on the fourth floor and we had to carry large suitcases of four flights. The apartment itself was OK. Had a fridge and a kitchen area. The apartment itself was a little slanted. Interesting color schemes on the walls. Best they can say for it was location. Was clean. Would’ve liked the heads up that we were gonna be on a fourth floor...
