Perumahan di Venesia

"Stay was very nice. Apartment was in the middle of everything. Staff were lovely"

"I would highly recommend this property, it was very very clean and the staff was very helpful and gave clear directions to the property. They were very quick in answering any questions that I had and helped with directions for best ways to navigate the city."

"Our 1 BR 2 bath unit was spacious and super clean. Loved the location; a short walk to all attractions. We arrived early and were able to check-in early. Thanks to Vanessa and her crew for being so flexible!"

"Everything I loved."

"No elevator or lift and we had cruise luggage. Host was kind enough to transfer luggage to our room. Location was difficult to find but room was more than adequate."

"The power went off twice, the water went out once, the shower never worked properly, and there was a cosmetic hole in one of the walls. Other than that, the place was honestly pretty good - clean, reasonably quiet, well appointed, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous location."

"Very secure location, apartment was spacious, a lot of snacks, water, sweets waited for us. Check in was easy, locked box for the keys. Communication with Mrs Meda was seamless. We left behind a wires and she messaged immediately- we recovered it quickly! Thank you so much for the hospitality. We will return as we have family in town. "

"great experience with super nice staff clean room excellent space excellent service great location superb breakfast and everything made u feel like at home"

"We got kick out from our room by 10.30 am while we said we would like to check out at 12 when we made our payment for the room. The reception said ok, then we got back from our lunch on the next day, and they put our bags out in the corridor, insiting that the check out time is 10.30 am"

"We enjoyed the property and the areas around it, it was an easy walk to the beach and had grocery stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas. However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. "

"Loved the place and the owners, lovely people!"
