"Very Nice and great location. Beds were comfortable and room was clean Right across from the water and the views were amazing. Free shuttle to Downtown is right in front of the hotel."

"The Good: The location. The people that work there. The not good: This whole place needs an overhaul. Carpets on the stairs are extremely worn and so dirty I didn’t ant to touch the handrails. The sticky nightstand furniture needs to be wiped down. The bathroom tub shower combo needs an overhaul and there were water stains on the ceiling above the shower head looking like a leak from the bathroom in the room above ours. "I didn’t expect it to be so loud in my room from the piano bar. I also had an EXTREMELY loud neighbor across from me the first night. I appreciated the noise machine The only thing (besides the noise) was I would have preferred a dresser to put my clothes in. Otherwise everything else was EXCELLENT!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Waterford. We had a balcony room up on the third floor, nice view of the boats out in the ocean. The property was very pretty and the attached restaurant was really good, and the service from the bartender was great! Definitely would stay here again!"
