"The hotel itself was nice, clean, and offered a great buffet breakfast. For an affordable hotel, the breakfast was honestly one of the best we’ve had.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the staff seemed to get easily stressed and overwhelmed during busy periods. Since the hotel caters heavily to Disney guests, I feel they should anticipate the peak hours and have enough staff available to handle the crowds.
The biggest downside was the shuttle situation after Disney closes. The shuttle is shared with other nearby hotels, so getting back can be extremely chaotic. People were running, pushing, and rushing just to get on the bus, and the hotel didn’t seem to have much control over the situation. The shuttle only runs for about an hour and a half after Disney closes, which makes the window pretty tight. Once the shuttle stops, your options are basically taking a taxi or walking back.
So, learn from our mistake: leave Disney a little earlier if you want to avoid the shuttle chaos or be prepared to pray you make it, OR SPLURGE to disneyland hotels 😂
Overall, still a decent stay. The cleanliness and breakfast definitely made up for some of the shortcomings."
