Lovely stay, very kind hosts. Location of the property is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you very much to the hosts for looking after us so well.
Charming place. Super cute property. Great accommodating hosts, great fresh breakfast. The owners don’t speak much English but hey you’re in France. Very near the medieval tower and church. We stumbled across this town and this property, what a gem.

Francine and her husband are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is lovely and the entire property is pristine. The suite is magnificent and oh, the bed. Wow. Strongly recommended
Our stay was amazing! The hosts were incredibly kind and made us feel like part of the family. They generously let us use different areas of the property, including the courtyard. The bedrooms were spotless, bright, spacious, and very comfortable. And the breakfast was top-notch! We’ll definitely visit again!
Our family, including two kids were amazed by the hospitality of the hosts, cleaning was and warm atmosphere in this quite old but perfectly fitted house in the middle of old town of Provins. The breakfast was very special with high quality French food. The garden near the house was very private and relaxing. Very positive experience, thank you !
This chateau is managed by a gracious French couple, Jean-Jacques and his wife Francine. They were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs, as visiting Americans arriving after an unexpectedly long day of travel from London, across the Channel from Dover to Calais, and then by our local driver, who was booked through the excellent Private Tours of England.
I'll admit that we weren't as prepared as we might have been for our first night in France. Jean-Jacques and Francine spoke only French, we only English. I quickly pulled up Google Translate on my phone, and it worked surprisingly well.
Lush gardens filled the large courtyard. The chateau is located only a quarter mile from the "new town" in Provins, to where Charlie and I were able to stroll and get some very decent burgers at about 9 pm, which we thoroughly enjoyed in the courtyard. It didn't really get dark there until about 10 pm local time. Through the Translator, we all shared pleasant conversation with our hosts before bedtime.
My wife Cindy and I slept deeply in the large, beautiful, French styled master bedroom. Our partner Charles slept in the adjacent guest bedroom. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and super-comfortable, including the bathroom with shower. The evening air in mid-August was cool enough. We slept with the window wide open, and our experience was quiet, peaceful and secure.
We thoroughly savored the generous, continental-style breakfast provided by our hosts.
It was a super cozy room within a beautiful house. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and were very happy to share many local tips and recommendations for our stay (and gave us great insights into French culture and other traveling destinations). The contintenal breakfast was also very nice and included a yummy selection of french boulangerie and handmade mermelades. I fully recommend the property!
Utterly delightful! Clean, quiet, comfortable and stylish room, house and garden. The breakfast spread was delicious and beautifully presented. Most striking of all however was the generosity of the hosts - they went out of their way to accommodate and help us, taking us to the station, allowing us to park our car longer and humouring our late arrival and breakfasts. We hope to come again!
Wonderful stay with a lovely couple. They thoughtfully provided everything we needed. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Would be happy to stay here again.
Our hosts were splendid, greeting us when we arrived, and providing an excellent breakfast the following morning.
The house is located in walking distance to all the relevant sites and dining.
I would enthusiastically recommend you staying here!
My family and I had a fantastic stay at this superb B&B.
The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed.
Jean Jaques & Francine are wonderful hosts, and are also very knowledgeable about what to explore in the local area. They gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations.
The breakfast was faultless.
We would highly recommend this property.
We had a lovely warm welcome from the owners. The house was beautiful with antique furniture throughout. The room was en-suite, clean and comfortable.
The area was picturesque and had a lovely meal in the Punjab restaurant in the town centre.
A delightful house in a delightful town. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming nor kinder. We were especially thankful for the plan of Provins and permission to leave our car even after we had checked out.
