"This is one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Admittedly the rating is lower than I would normally consider but there are not a lot of choices for a reasonably priced point in Prince Rupert. There was a mix of good and bad reviews as is usually the case for lower rated places. The lobby looks fine when you enter and check in was normal. "Fabulous room. Comfortable and warm and lovely. Property is clean and well maintained. I loved that the shower amenities are from an indigenous owned company. Well done! The restaurant and lounge had excellent food. The smashed potatoes at breakfast were the best I’ve ever had. The seafood chowder was also very delicious. And a nice little happy hour as well."
