"This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . Food drink and entertainment is all excellent too , can’t wait for our next visit . 😃"

"Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Wir haben die Baustelle/Abstellkammer bekommen. Die Decken waren höher als das Zimmer Breit war. Die Tür zum Zimmer hat sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen lassen. Auch der Mitarbeiter musste die Tür mit aller Gewalt aufreißen. Vor dem Zimmer gab es einen kleine Vorraum der als Lagerfläche gedient hat, für die Materialien zum Umbau. "Stayed for 3 nights in a beach front, swim up pool room and it did not disappoint. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff, who clearly take pride in looking after their guests. "Die Hotelanlage war wunderbar und alles war zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer und insbesondere der große Privatpool waren traumhaft, einziges Manko: in der Dusche war die Duschwand kaputt und es hat leicht geschummelt, außerdem hatten wir immer wieder mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Der Service in den Restaurants und den Bars war immer perfekt. Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. They went above and beyond to help us during a stressful and embarrassing situation. Our stay was 10/10 perfect and we can't recommend this hotel enough."
