"Hotel was great with nice courteous staffs. We stayed in Junior double room (no balcony). Upgrade request was denied. Rooms was very clean and had wonderful view of sea and we could hear waves which was relaxing. Had welcome sparkling wine. Rooms had steam shower which was great to have. They have free parking/free valet off-property, although most of the time they kept my car along the narrow street next to hotel lobby which was very convenient. Breakfast was great and all restaurant staffs...

"The stay at Avra Imperial really was the highlight of our honeymoon that we will always remember warmly. The quiet location on the beach was great for resting, the restaurant on the beach really good and service everywhere super friendly. We also came at night to see the full moon over the beach. We also really enjoyed having cocktails in the pool bar and dining in the asian restaurant, tasty food in a beautiful setting. Maybe we go again for an anniversary in the future."

"The breakfast restaurant staff was awesome, as well as most of the front desk. Unfortunately, the first person we encountered seemed bothered by a request to see if we could get aroom earlier. We arrived very early and understood that it was a long shot. However when we came back several hours later and asked if any update. We received a snarky remark that it would be ready at 3. Ok we get that. I said I thought maybe i missed a call since i was told we would be updated. We then proceeded to watch 3 other people get rooms prior to 3 pm. If they were part of a special hotel program I get it. Like a Marriott. However, family owned. My wife didn’t want to cause any drama but it did put a momentary damper on our 20th anniversary celebration. Beautiful hotel and location. Condescending behavior is not necessary. Bartenders were great too. very friendly and accommodating "
