A few notes to improve
The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night.
If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason.
The jacuzzi wasn't warm

Hotelparkplatz ist 10-15 Minuten entfernt (es gibt keine Parkplätze in der Altstadt), aber für 13€ ist das total super (normalerweise würden sie 32€ konsten).

"Très bel hôtel. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est pas très grande mais magnifique à côté de la mer. Il y a des transats partout.
Le buffet est ok mais peu varié. Une semaine de ça ce serait bof. Le petit déjeuner est bien.
Il y a un parking couvert mais je crois qu’il vaut mieux le réserver à l’avance.
Le coin est un peu perdu au milieu de nulle part mais ça a son charme. Pas pour de longs séjours à mon avis. Mais pour un petit Break c’est idéal. "
"We liked the room and also the location. It's about 20 minutes to the center but a number of other places of interest (beach, bar, restaurants) are close as well. Introduction to the facilities could have been better (i.e. happen) and you need to be willing to carry your stuff some stairs. Still, great place to stay! "

Everything is beautifully done, and the location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the promenade, restaurants, cafés, and everything else you might need. "The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms. "
