"Our first trip to Puebla, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "I had a very good stay at Casa Callejon - staff was friendly,it was clean and the location was great. The only disappointment I had was that I was given a room on the main floor with no windows at all and as the front door opened on what was a shared area, I kept it closed. It was also under the staircase to an upstairs room. I did ask about a room upstairs as there were so few guests as those had balconies and looked onto the street - which in fact I thought I had booked. Anyway - got used to...
