"Hotel needs some help. Stayed before and it was fine this time very dissapointed. Ice machine broken on our floor. Room was very dirty had a musky smell we had to sleep in for two days. One of our towels had red spots. Floor through out the room were extremely dirty."
"It was not so good. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was the advertisement of breakfast in the morning. They had fruit bars, apple, oranges, coffee, and lemon water. They supposedly have a restaurant and bar but, no they don't. They can do pretty much what they want because they are 1 of maybe 2 hotels in town. The Direct T.V. reception is spotty at best. I had to move from one room after the first night to a room that had better reception but a not so good air conditioner. There no mention of a pet deposit or fee the first night. It was only after I was promised a discount for the lack of a t.v. the first night. That a pet fee or deposit was supposedly waived for the additional 2 nights that we had to stay. I say supposedly because I used Hotels.com on both and it was not mentioned anywhere in the reservations I made either. So, 2 stars at best. If it wasn't for the staff 1 star maybe. Thanks."
"It was Ambers first night alone on the job and the washer for the linens was down so needless to say there was rooms not being able to be cleaned. However after some time elapsed Amber delivered what we reserved!! The bed was very comfortable & relaxing - not to mention very quiet. Great nights sleep"
"The hotel and staff is great I had 2 rooms and the other room had dirty sheets we had to change. Breakfast is good not a lot but good. Pool is hard to get in and out of. The web doesn't say there is deposits there is"
