"The staff was excellent in helping us . Olga at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic. Now the property needs to fix a lot of things. The ac in our room started leaking and they had to move us to a new room. The halls didn’t have ac and felt really hot. The breakfast buffet was serving the same every day. Location was excellent. To be a 4 star hotel is needing a lot of improvements."

"We enjoyed our stay at Portobello. The room and common areas were beautiful and well-kept. I would definitely stay there again. My only criticism was that the water was not working when I tried to use it in the early part of morning (around 2am), but was working fine other than that. "
