When we arrived we were told the bungalows will be no longer rented out. We left and booked something else

Hotel is disgusting dirty. Hotel employees try charging you double for everything. I pre paid a hotel and was told I didn't pay for it and that Expedia doesn't pay them. Do not go here. Was charged double for dinner. Paid for an experience thru the hotel. Which advertises that they have an English speaker at hotel which doesn't doesn't. Paid for 2 hours to do the caiman for 2 people. Hotel employee gave us tour all in Spanish in the pitch black on the Amazon river couldn't understand what he was saying, he ended it an hour early then said I didn't pay for for 2 people. Hotel is a scam and should not be even advertised on Orbitz/Expedia

Bonito lugar rodeado de naturaleza

El hotel es muy lindo, algo descuidado en el jardín, tienen una alberca en la que no se puede nadar porque está sucia. Muy agradable y tranquilo, les recomiendo habitación con aire acondicionado (aunque es un poco antiguo, funciona perfecto). Para bañarse lleven shampoo, ya que ellos solamente te dan unos mini jabones. Nos quedamos 2 noches en total. Yo reservé sólo con un día de anticipación y no sabía que el hotel tiene servicio de bote para recogerte en Puerto Nariño, caminando desde el muelle es un poco lejos y no tan fácil de llegar. Les recomiendo confirmar con ellos día y hora de llegada y pedir que los recojan una vez llegando a Puerto. El personal muy atento y amable, en especial Sergio.
