"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Puerto Peñasco. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The property was exceptionally clean, family-friendly, and still offered a fun, lively atmosphere.

"First would like to say it was relaxing to be there but not for 4 stars…
1 ) maintain a 4 stars resort is very important…tiles of table at balcony out and the chairs very dirty
2) many stairs to get down the beach.
3) Too many vendors for. 4 stars hotel

5) bedroom and bathroom ok but in the bathroom oh my oh my , wanted to take a shower with at least lucky/warm water but so cold and after 40 minutes still not warm

"Lo que no me gusto esque en la regadera principal habia cabellos, y la cama principal la funda de almohada estaba sucia como sangre paresia y eso me dio inseguridad, lo demas todo bien, el espejo se cayo de la pared mientras dormia y me asuste estaba pegado con tape. La pool muy limpia el personal muy amable, me gusto la.seguridad siempre checando. Pero si me volveria a quedar en este hotel.
Les falta mas Restaurant adentro y aparte el que hay lo cierran temprano."
