"We didn't have high expectations since we only needed one night before our flight. The room was really hot, it took over 5 hours for the air conditioning to start to work. The pillow case had blood stain. The breakfast that was included"

Breakfast was served at the exact time I requested, and it was absolutely delicious — lovingly prepared by the family who owns the hotel. One detail I really appreciated was that each room door had a family member’s name on it, which gave the place such a warm and personal touch. They also had convenient parking available...

"Staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in, check-out, and after we left our luggage there all day, they were very helpful as well. Breakfast was varied - having fried eggs was nice. Room was decorated fairly well and was very large. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. Shower pressure and temperature were very good. Primary complaint was air conditioning did not cool the room enough. It never got very cool."

"Day one, Hot water wasn’t working in the room. Told the staff and they had somebody fix it while I was out and about. AC worked great. Staff wa very helpful setting up tours."

"The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist help us outside to get a tricycle for our ride to city centre which we could have done it ourselves but they go up and beyond to help us. We wanted to stay longer but our time was so slim. We will comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommended "

"The staff was great. The WiFi was terrible, the A/C wasn’t great and we had lots of ants in our room. The staff did give us bug spray and a fan. I still left hot with ants in all my bags. "

"Althpugh we only stayed for 1 night the staff were very helpful, the property was clean and well decked out. There was a nice pool which we didnt use due to timings, but agreed if we were to go back to puerto princessa we qpuld stay there for l9nger."
