Room i booked was not available

Pertain to my booking .. i ve complaint .. I arrived to the hotel and the room which we booked ..delux room - with bathtub.. was not available.. so now we spending the two night in delux room WITHOUT bathtub.. disregard the inconvenient ocured. there is price different .. and i want to claim it.. which the different around 5 GBP per night.. total approx 700 pesos .. and i cannot find any option to submit my inquiry .. except puting it here on the reviw portal !!

Old place that needs refurbishing. Located at a secluded spot. Staff needs training how to handle guests. Needs improvement.

Anniversary Gone Awry (pun intended)

I booked a room with a tub but it turned out to be broken. It would not have been a biggie except that I had to wait til after 8PM for them to clean up the room, where I should already be staying in as early as 2PM...so it was one thing on top of another. When the electricity went off, they didn't have immediate backup (and I was in the shower). Moreover, when I arrived, they didn't know about my booking (but I think that was a breakdown in communication between you and them because they asked me to send the confirmation email to them before allowing me to check-out the next day). I guess that kinda sums it up. In fairness to them, the bed was comfortable and they were accommodating.
