Area for coffee doesn't have outlet. Small cockroaches in the bathroom. Mixed vegetables in the limited buffet had small cockroach. Coffee taste like water in the buffet. swimming pool is nice. Toilet didn't flush but it was okay after they fixed it. TV wasn't providing good or clear pictures.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. pool is nice. Staff super nice and friendly. We are repeat customers and will definitely stay again. It's close to the main road, easy to get rides and walking distance to food, bank, atm.

Close to the mall

They were prepared to meet us at the airport and the rooms are ready. They cooked our vegetarian breakfast every morning we were there. Helped us with car parking when we go out and come back to the hotel.

5 star service in a 4 star hotel !

The staff is amazing ! You can book tour directly at the hotel and they take care of everything for you for the same price you would pay elsewhere . So many tricycle right in the parking lot if you need a ride somewhere . Pharmacy , supermarket , restaurant , mall , everything is close by ! But the service is just ridiculous . Booked for one night and ended up staying for 6 !

Great rooms, poor breakfast !

Great clean rooms in the newer building. Enjoyed our stay and area was safe all around and close to transportation and airport. Only complaint is that the breafast buffet was exactly the same everyday and looked like they have nothing to replenish once they ran out of milk or eggs, or fruit. All I could say was , I did not look forward to breakfast as it was boring and not tasty at all.
