"We were very impressed with how clean and well maintained the property is. The rooms are clean and most important for us was the beds were very comfortable. The beaches were clean and pools well maintained. Prime 787 was our gp to choice for meals. Surf and turf was my choice!"

"all positive except the "beach club" was located on a public beach which is expected but it was not clean. there was seaweed every where and sea shells. to get into the beach you had to pass a small playground that looked like it had homeless sitting there. when you think of beach club you think of a cleaner area. the chairs also looked old and uncomfortable."

"The hotel show s signs of water damage on the upper floor walk way, the pool was nice but once you go under water there was lots of debris and trash on the bottom. Also I was charged a fundraising campaign fee that I did not approve. I called the hotel and was directed to accounting, no one answered and the voice ma box was full. . The breakfast was nothing to write home about and did the job. Some of the security female were rude toward the end of hours for the pool."

"We stayed for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort grounds are spacious, so it never felt overcrowded. There are several dining options on the property, which was very convenient. However, if you'd like to explore restaurants or attractions outside the resort, you'll need a car, as there isn't much within walking distance. The location is excellent for visiting places like El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach, both of which are only about a 10–15 minute drive away. The resort offers several pools to choose from, but the pool with the waterslide and splash zone is by far the most popular. If you'd like to secure a lounge chair, it's best to arrive early. The rooms were clean, updated, and featured very comfortable beds. My only significant concern was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and other noise from neighboring rooms. In addition, the connecting door between our room and the adjacent room only had a single door instead of the typical double-door design. Because of this, we could see into the neighboring room through the gap around the door as guests walked by, which felt uncomfortable and raised privacy and security concerns. Overall, this is a great resort for families with children, especially those looking for a convenient location, multiple dining options, and plenty of activities on the property."
