" I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The room felt outdated and unclean, and despite having a kitchen area, there were no dishes provided to actually cook with. Additionally, the parking and navigation in and out of the facility were incredibly difficult and poorly managed. The staff's unprofessional attitude made an already bad experience even worse."

"The electrical appliances are deteriorated. The dryer had rust and the door handle was missing, the safe was not working had to call, they replaced batteries but last row of numbers including number 0 and # were not working well. And # is used to lock the safe. The freezer was missing a piece of plastic inside. The iron stand was moved from a wall to the closet and the holes never fixed. Microwave had cracks on the door. Toilet paper holder very rusty and one missing. There were more things. I took a video in case the say something. I stayed 5 nights and bed sheets were never changed. They only removed trash and replace soap or towels if needsd. They do no clean."

"This was my husband and I’s first time visiting Puerto Rico, and this resort made the experience even more special. The property is absolutely beautiful—the restaurants inside the resort were great, and the beach access was amazing. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean… such a dreamy view! The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby, and we loved that we could literally walk to La Placita de Santurce for nightlife and exploring. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff would knock very loudly multiple times, and on one occasion they even opened the door despite us saying we were okay. That part felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the resort was clean, beautiful, and very aesthetic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"
