"This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, stressful from start to finish. The room we got the 1st day was not ready to host guests. There was no extra bed, no hot water, exposed wires, broken furniture. After a 30+ hour journey, 3 of us had to sleep in one double bed, I barely slept, and had to shower twice with cold water.
