Asked for the housekeeping and they responded what do you need? Too difficult to navigate since the rooms are on the top of the mountain while reataurants are near the bottom where lobby is. Many staffs don't speak English nor care to help. Foods are subpar.

The Good: good was great oddly enough at the buffet. Enough places to sit by the beach at all times. Great entertainment. The Bad: showers were never warm enough, AC was loud, cannot make reservations for any specialty restaurant, we decided to try the steak house, waited 45mins until the restaurant ...
