In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. "Very nice modern hotel with very spacious rooms. It has a separate seating area as well as desk & bed. Was very convenient for us as we were attending a wedding which was very nearby."

"Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our experience. The lamp beside the bed was not working, and the bathroom light was hanging out, which was both inconvenient and concerning. We also found that a pill box had been left in a drawer, which suggests the room was not thoroughly checked prior to our arrival. Lots of dust behind the bed was not good for my allergies. "The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

"No plug in the sink. Fridge seals need cleaning, better still replacing. Fire alarm needs to be secured to the ceiling. No hand towel. General clean wouldn't hurt. "
