"Esperienza davvero molto positiva al Donnosanto Residence. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità da Egidio e da tutto lo staff. Ci è stata consegnata la camera con largo anticipo rispetto all’orario previsto, ci è stato offerto un caffè e abbiamo trovato fin da subito grande disponibilità per qualsiasi informazione, chiarimento o necessità. "Great simple place located very close to the water. Beautiful pool. The only problem was a WiFi which you have to buy ( we paid 11 euros for 2 devices for 2 days). It did not work inside the bungalow which is what we bought it for. I had to step out or go few steps away and that beat the point of buying WiFi. So that is important to know for anyone who needs to be connected."

"Parfait !"

"Sadly, this place has great potential but it is a poor experience based on horrible customer service and poor amenities. It started with the front staff requiring higher extra fees than what was stated in the ad, blaming Hotels.com for having wrong information. My family then had to wait outside the reception for 45 minutes - no, they were not even allowed in to our room nor to use the pool - while I had to drive to an ATM to get cash to pay the fees. Who said customer experience is important?...

"Alles gut."

"Never again garbage"

"What a beautiful place to stay. The Hosts Michele and his wife are so lovely and helpful. If we had come here earlier in our trip, we probably would have stayed a week. Very handy to drive to Bari, Trani, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Will definitely come back."

"Great place, very Italian. Quite basic and very well functioning."

"Tutto perfetto.. come nella descrizione sul sito."
