"We had booked 5 rooms for our stay and only 1 had a functional air conditioner. The air conditioner for the other 4 rooms did not work properly. After several complains, we were given the choice to change 2 rooms only. The changed rooms had a better view but the air conditioner was still not at par. "This was our third stay at Grand Palladium Select Ibiza, but unfortunately it was by far the most disappointing.
