"It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price "

"Stayed here for an event at United Center. Great location although we ended up driving there because we had a child with us but it is walkable. Clean rooms. Free breakfast with large selection and staff kept the area well stocked and very clean! No issues with parking but staff advised that we use the parking lot in back for security since we had a BMW. Swimming pool was small but clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again! "

"Awesome hotel! Staff was exceptional and couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. The cafe and both bars were great. Rooftop bar is a must. Location of hotel is so convenient to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. 100% will stay there again. "
