"I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period. "1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. "
