THANK YOU FOR YOUR UPGRADE TO SUNWAY RESORT. WE WERE SURPRISED THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL WATER RM28.00. MOST OF THE HOTEL WE STAYED WATER IS FREE OF CHARGE. THE ROOM WAS NOT PROPERLY VACCUM.
