"We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!"

"The bedding seemed dirty as there was someone else's hair on it upon arrival The housekeeping was spotty. Didn't replace the dirty towels or empty the trashcans daily. It was one or the other. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron."

"The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in...

"no refrigerators in both rooms we had. You have to ask front desk for soap and shampoo. There were gouge marks in walls different places. Downspouts were off and pouring rain by parking spot. Wall lamp was flickering on and off, till I tightened the lamp 1 1/2 turns in."

"Parking was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 instead of 10:00 Room had.bugs, microwave was broken and we had to sleep with microwave door open or it beeped on and off all night. The light from the microwave kept us awake."

Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit.
